How to make grill cheese sandwich recipe
My friends and I made the perfect grilled cheese sandwich by following these steps. It took us just over 30 minutes to prepare and assemble this delicious snack that will also please your taste buds. It would be great if you could try our grilled cheese sandwiches at home.
Ingredients
3 ounces cheddar cheese, room temperature for about 2 hours.
2 tablespoons of grated white onion or red onion.
1/4 cup of blue cheese dressing (I used regular mayo but you can use any sauce or condiments like garlic powder etc or herbs. Choose wisely! Remember! You'll need extra blue cheese dressing or more if you want.)
2 large slices of tomato bread (I got mine from a store)
Fresh lemon juice (the best part)
3 teaspoons Dijon mustard paste for sauce.
Lemon pepper sauce (not necessary unless you prefer it as a garnish) as needed.
Directions
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and refrigerate in fridge overnight until ready. Heat some oil to warm up the toast before cooking; place the slices on the pan and cook 3-4 minute on each side. Use the remaining half an hour to cool down so that they don't stick around if not fully cooked. Remove the slices from heat when completely cooled. Add the grilled cheese slices to the bowl and top with a little lemon pepper sauce. Let it sit for 10 mins - 15 minutes if possible to help keep the cheese from sticking to the slice. Place back on heat to reduce the cooking time and serve. Serve it up - plain or on one side and top with a slice of tomato pizza for added convenience. It is a good way to start off any meal and ends with a satisfying crunchy bite. Don't forget to add some blue cheese dressing to save the day!

How to Make Grilled Cheese Sandwiches?
It can take at least 1 hr to preheat the grill and ensure your freshly baked pieces are nice and hot when going in. You want to check for greasy spots for greasiness while making sure to cover them up and let the edges crisp up. If using a sheet pan or baking dish, put it over a high heat and bake until the tops are very golden brown. After 2 hours preheating, place a slice of fresh tomato on the flat top surface of a piece of bread and then spread the tomato sauce along the tomato slices. Pour that sauce on the slices to help create a layer in the middle and keep this layer intact. Flip one slice onto another one and arrange the slice on the tomatoes to form the bottom of the slice. Bake it for 4-5 minutes. Now your slices should remain slightly firm in the center and the bottom will stay quite soft while the slices cook. Try to flip and squeeze the slices in both directions as quickly as you can, they will continue to cook as long as needed. When done, set the buns aside and serve them immediately with whatever accompaniments you wish, whether it’s lemon pepper sauce, or lemon wedges. Then go to the next one and repeat again, so there are no leftovers. There will always be plenty in the oven. And that means everything's ready for the rest!
