How to make birthday cake recipe

This birthday is not just about the one you're going to spend with your friends and family but also about having some fun times with yourself and making the most out of it. And for your birthday cake, this is what we have in store for you!

You’ll only need 3 ingredients: flour, sugar, water and eggs. So here we go.

1-1 ½ cups (7 oz) water can be used for baking. But if you want extra water, then it will add a little bit more than needed. It'll come in handy so when you are mixing all these things together. Don't forget to add two tablespoons of lemon juice or lime juice before getting started! You'll use up the entire recipe in less than twenty minutes. The next thing that you need to do is to beat the batter until well-thickened. Once your batter has cooled down or you like it thicker then it's time for putting on your top and bottom of the cake, and finally, the icing to complete your gorgeous masterpiece!

1 cup icing sugar

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 ½ cups (6 oz) milk

1 cup cornstarch

2 tbsp vanilla extract

2 tsp finely grated ginger

Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a large flat pie dish with parchment paper. Add water to a mixing bowl and mix them all together till they make a dough. Pour the water into a small saucepan and place the dry ingredients into this bowl too. Now, mix all the wet ingredients and knead them without letting them go out of shape. Finally, divide the mixture evenly to make sure you don't overwork them or break them apart. Pour everything into the prepared pie dish with enough space for each layer. Bake until golden brown and cool completely.

1 medium white egg yolk, lightly beaten with the milk till they become foamy. Then add a tablespoon of sugar and a few drops of lemon juice after each step for better frosting. Continue mixing until you get the desired consistency. Next, pour the fresh whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla protein powder into the mixture and gently fold in to create a creamy creamy chocolate cake batter. Lastly, spread the entire layered cake to the sides of the muffin tin. Bake the same as above the day you want your birthday cake to come out and enjoy.

Makes 12-16 servings.

1 1/2 cups instant mashed banana

1½ cups low fat Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons ice cubes

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla protein powder

1 teaspoon cream cheese

1 tablespoon peanut butter

Preheat oven to 180°C. In a blender, mix bananas and yogurt with ice, lemon juice, vanilla protein, yogurt cream cheese, peanut butter, lemon juice and other topping. Blend all the ingredients together until the texture of a smooth pudding is obtained. Fill your crust with the mixture and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes till a light golden brown ring forms around the center of your cake. Let these cakes cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Serve warm with fresh fruit, sprinkles and other goodies if you like.

1 cup plain Greek Yogurt

1 ½ cups nonfat Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla protein powder

1 ½ teaspoons coconut yogurt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon soy milk

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup Greek Yogurt & Banana Filling Mix

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup shredded coconut

Directions:

Add both mixtures until combined well, until the mixture is ready and set. Stir in remaining toppings, such as nuts, berries, candies etc.

Fill your crust with the mixtures formed from step 4. Let these layers grow and continue to spread out onto your pie filling. Top with more toppings as required and serve this delightful sweet and savory dessert. You can even add several layers of the mixtures of flavors depending on your choice. If you like, you can make your own options.
