With everything going on around us right now, many people have had their routines disrupted due to lockdown restrictions. As such, they have been forced into cooking at home more. So this makes things much easier especially when preparing homemade dishes. Just what you don't need any other equipment to prepare your own meal with. That said, there are still simple recipes that will make cooking healthier. And just like my previous point, these recipes are extremely quick and affordable compared to those which require much more cooking and therefore cost more money. So I strongly recommend you try these first just to see how they taste since they could be better than anything else you are trying. Also, since we live in an era where you can always choose whatever you want to make then it doesn't really matter. The important thing is to know about each ingredient and how it can change the taste of your dish.
This recipe does not require as much time as the ones before it or else it won't go together so if you are lacking time then you do not need to worry about it. So let me introduce you to our second favorite item on the menu - the chicken. I personally do not like to cook them but this recipe shows why you can eat them! We just need 3 eggs, some butter (or margarine) and salt and pepper. Let's start off with the preparation. Once you have all this then you only need 5 mins to prepare the sauce (I used a good quality egg substitute and made extra for this). There are also several ingredients used in this recipe such as onions, peppers, and lots of vegetables/fruit that you can cook separately if needed. Another key component in this mix is mustard powder. You basically have 4 large cloves of crushed red and green mustard seeds and you can add a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
Once all of this has been prepared then you only need 2 ingredients for the mains - onion and garlic and the spices (I used a whole lot of green pepper (or garlic because it smells nice)) In this case it's the seasonings combined with the onion and garlic.
The step-by-step process is pretty straightforward once all of this is done - open all the windows and doors and turn it up to maximum heat to melt the onion/garlic mixture and then fry the onion. Then once you are ready to serve just let me tell you, it takes no longer than 2 seconds to boil it. Yes it just takes that long to brown your chicken for sure that means if you do not want to wait you can also use the same method. After all this time, you can add chicken pieces if you wish.
For some vegans, this will not work because they do not have any animal products in their diet but again, this recipe is quick and easy enough to follow so that's something you can easily do. The recipe has also been tested to bring a variety of flavors to the table and it works well with every type of food including pasta, rice and bread too! Not only that, if you prefer it hard and spicy, then you can also put whatever is left of the ground beef in this recipe and stir it with a little bit of curry powder.
That final word - it actually tastes good because all the veggies are cooked and ready to serve alongside your chicken. Do not forget to use any vegetable juices but remember if you are going to drink or make tea. Lastly, for the non-vegetarians out there, there is a big range of recipes to choose from. These recipes are mostly vegetarian and non-vegetarian. In fact, there are also vegan and regular menus, so for this recipe they have no issue at all.
