First, drain off the water from cooked chicken. Then, slice up some slices of chicken and place them a large pot with enough cold water. Pour the sliced chicken into the water with 100ml of water. Add the chopped peppers and onions to one the chicken pieces. Cover the rest of the cauliflower florets and cubed broccoli with more ice water. Place them back into the cold water. Keep the sauce for 10 minutes and then remove the cauliflower and broccoli mixture. Now the cabbage is ready to be served with all the vegetables and boiled chicken. So you can prepare an authentic Japanese souffle right from it.

Another easy recipe is making pork tenderstems in boiling water and then serving them with a salad of green peppers and cucumber-garlic sauce. Also you can use another type of chicken if you are fond of such meals and do not want to fry chicken breast for cooking but rather just use it in addition to any other kind of meat, if that pleases you.

We hope it helps!
