What is beef liver?

Beef liver is the inner, firm, semi-firm, red, smooth meat of the cattle. This type of meat is usually found in its pink color as a result of oxidation and preserved by salting which makes an extremely acidic product. A common form for liver is red liver in our country. For example, Red liver used to be very expensive in the market then, now it’s available at reasonable prices. In order to make this steak well cooked you will require 2 kg dried liver.

What are the ingredients required?

In order to prepare a delicious beef liver recipe you have to have these basic ingredients:

Dried liver – These should always be fresh so that it doesn’t go bad.

1/4 cup water (or other liquid) – I use vegetable stock because it has better cooking properties.

1 inch butter then cut into small pieces

2 lbs ground beef chuck

Step 3: Prepare a large pot

Add dry liver

Then add water (or other liquid), butter and salt

Step 4: Add all other ingredients

Step 5: Cook until everything becomes well done

Cover the beef liver in the preheated liquid, cover with lid and allow it to cook for 10 to 15 minutes or till most of the juices start evaporating.

This step takes some time. You’ll have to leave it for 1 to 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. But make sure you don’t overcook it because this will ruin your gravy. When it comes to time to prepare for the dinner, you can take this one day ahead and reheat. If your family members like to eat after eating a couple of hot drinks, they have to wait till it cools down completely. And even though there are different types of liver dish, I have prepared a great one using these ingredients.

What are the disadvantages of making beef liver recipe?

You can never find such a meaty, juicy beef liver in the market. So in case of this recipe you can consider the only two things and that is, fresh liver and canned ones which are ready in just a click. Otherwise, just buy the store bought or you can buy them online. Either way, if you want beef liver really good, it won’t last for long. You have to keep it in refrigerator otherwise, it will spoil. On the same note, don’t try this recipe without having a look in it. Because when it cooks, there is bound to something going wrong and nothing will work.

How to prepare Beef liver

Step 1: Take the liver from the cutlet.

Then, put few drops of salt in it.

Then, squeeze the juice juice from the pulp of the kidney and boil it.

Then mix all the ingredients.

Then boil it for 5 minutes under the pressure of boiling water then remove it from heat.

Then serve it with mash of veggies and gravy or any other food.

Some people prefer to fry it and make some fried fatty beef liver cakes, but for those who love beef liver cooked well, you can use this recipe for that too.
